- 4. Project Cancellation by Client: If a client requests cancellation after work has started, only the portion of work not yet completed will be reviewed for partial refund eligibility. Completed stages or delivered files cannot be refunded.
- 5. Project Cancellation by Designstime: In rare cases where Designstime must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued promptly, depending on the work completed and resources used.
- 6. Revision and Redesign Requests: Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions or redesign requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs and are not covered under this refund policy.

Non-Refundable Services: Due to the digital nature of our business, the following services are strictly non-refundable: – SEO and marketing campaigns after launch – Domain registration or hosting services – Third-party software or plugin licenses – Completed design, branding, or development deliverables
- 8. Delivery and Timelines: Delays caused by client inaction, lack of feedback, or content submission are not grounds for refund. Timelines may be adjusted accordingly to ensure quality completion.
- 9. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days using the same payment method. Bank or transaction fees (if applicable) are deducted from the total refund.
- 10. Dispute Resolution: If you believe an error occurred in billing or project handling, please contact us within 7 days of invoice issuance. Our support team will review your concern in detail and aim for a fair resolution.
- 11. Service Guarantee: We guarantee high-quality, ethical, and compliant service delivery. However, due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing and search engine algorithms, specific outcomes (such as rankings or conversions) cannot be guaranteed.
